Get the results for an asynchronous response. A results.ready webhook will be sent when Lean has finished processing a request.
Note: Requests will not work for results_id that have been returned with a synchronous request.
The Results endpoint can only be used when requests have been made with async: true or a request has timed out to a PENDING or RECONNECT_REQUIRED status.
