Verifies freelancer information using National ID and/or Freelancer Number

Array of identification documents. FULL_LIST type requires NATIONAL_ID only. FULL type requires both NATIONAL_ID and FREELANCER_NUMBER. BASIC type requires both NATIONAL_ID and FREELANCER_NUMBER.
