Get Open Banking Account Direct Debits

Retrieves the direct debits for a bank account linked by a user via LinkSDK for the KSA Open Banking (SAMA) ecosystem. Each direct debit object contains the mandate identification, status, frequency, and previous payment details. Requires ReadDirectDebits consent permission.
