Get Open Banking Account Balances

Retrieves the balances for a bank account linked by a user via LinkSDK for the KSA Open Banking (SAMA) ecosystem. Each balance object contains the credit/debit indicator, balance type, date/time, and monetary amount. Requires ReadBalances consent permission.
